Job Description
Handle General Affairs & HR duties at the Malaysia office:
・Manage staff attendance & leave records.
・Assist in recruitment and liaise with various recruitment agencies.
・Handle both local and Japanese employee taxes and deductions.
・Liaise with statutory authorities such as EPF, LHDN, PERKESO.
・Manage monthly payroll and payroll administration.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Education Background : Degree in Business Administration
- Experience : Min 1 years of human resources and admin working experience
- Require Skill :
1. Has a valid car driving license (sometimes need to go out for do some admin job. for example: go maxis, immigration etc)
2. Proficient in EnglishEnglish Level
