  • Job Description

    - Responsible for payroll management including managing employee master database, compute salaries, overtime, bonuses, allowances and process payroll accurately and in a timely manner for payout
    - Ensure the payroll management is up to date and in compliance with the Malaysia’s laws and regulations e.g. Malaysia Employment Act, Income Tax Act, etc. and all related statutory requirements
    - Validate payroll reports for accuracy and completeness before finalizing payments
    - Assist in budgeting and forecasting payroll expenses for the organization
    - Administer and coordinate employees’ benefits including clinical, flexi benefits, health insurances, gratuity and etc
    - Address employee inquiries pertaining to payroll management and any kind of leave administration
    - Provide support and training to employees on payroll related process including time attendance and claimable expenses
    -Inform all employees of company activities / events / special leave arrangement.
    -Process training /course registration and apply for training grants if applicable
    -Inform all employees about the changes in HR policies made by the company and the Malaysia governments.
    -Identify and manage training development need for employee
    -Ensure timely renew of work permit for Expatriate (Japanese) workers for work permit

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【must】
    - Possess minimum 3years experience in HR field, especially payroll processing and benefits administration

    【Advantage】
    Have Experience in Japanese company.
    Have Experience in logistics industry.
