  • Job Description

    Technical Support:
    • Provide technical support for a range of company products, with a focus on WAN & LAN networking and CCTV solutions.
    • Handle troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.

    Product Solution Design:
    • Design competitive technical solutions based on client requirements.
    • Prepare formal technical proposals and presentations (heatmap, bill of materials) for clients.

    Client Interaction:
    • Understand and identify client requirements.
    • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure solutions meet client needs.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and proof of concepts (POCs) to potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Minimum 2 years in Business Network domain or technical support.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
    • Proficiency in WAN & LAN networking products (Switch, Wireless Access Point, Router), CCTV systems, GPON, Gateway, AP, and IP CCTV.
    • Having OCNA/TPNA or other networking certifications would be an added advantage.
    • Capable of technical alignment, negotiation, and clarification with customers.
