Job Description
• Prepare reports and relevant documents as required by the Management.
• Provide relevant support to the Sales Team and ensure documents are up to date.
• Act as point of contact for business partners on sales support related tasks.
• Follow-up enquires, pending documents and etc.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks.
Qualifications
Requirement
• At least Diploma and above .
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Meticulous and have an eye for details.
• Good communication skills and able to communicate with all levels of people.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in MS Excel (Pivot Table/VLookup).
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.English Level
