  • Job Description

    1. Plan and request the related training to meet quality objectives.
    2. Plan and conduct on-the-job training from time to time as when necessary. On-the-job training shall conduct with commensurate to the level of education the employee.
    3. Managing the HR processes and related outputs compliance to its SOP.
    4. Managing the achievement of the Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
    5. Correcting, preventing or reducing undesired effects in order to improve the performance and effectiveness of the process.
    6. To give advises to HR team to solve their work-related problems.
    7. Manage the recruitment and selection process, Training and development with skill matrix evaluation, promote employee enhancement program.
    8. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
    9. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
    10. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
    11. Participate in staffing plan with the Top Management and aligned with the company objectives.
    12. Work with agent and monitor the HR team in manpower supply, permit renewal matter.
    13. Verify attendance report and prepare monthly payroll and statutory calculation. Update relevant payroll reports.
    14. Prepare monthly pay slip, on-time payment for statutory and yearly income tax form declaration.
    15. Prepare and analysis of yearly appraisal record to Top Management.
    16. To maintain proper filling for all respective documents.
    17. Ensure the checklist/forms in use are compliance to EMS/QMS.
    18. Perform other tasks / duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    1. Diploma & above in HR/Business Administration or At least 5-8 years of working experience in similar field/position.
    2. Having knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485 & IATF16949 is a MUST.
    3. In-depth knowledge of HR laws and practices.
    4. Conflict resolution abilities. Able to multi-tasks and maintain detailed records.
    5. Other competences: Responsibility & independently, computer literate, secrecy, attentive, integrity.
    6. Considered Managerial level but need to oversee IT and Admin including EHS department
