    • To identify market requirements, grow the business and hit the sales targets.
    • Responsible for detailed channel pipeline management.
    • To build market shares in all segments through distribution channels.
    • To keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
    • To analyse market and competition to identify external threats and opportunities.
    • To lead target clients to achieve key performance measures in activations, visitations, merchandising and promotion execution.
    • To maximize brand presence and awareness in the market.
    • To manage channel development and relationship management.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the network or CCTV / ELV field is required.
    • Experience in localize business management in network or CCTV / ELV channels.
    • Experience in managing distribution channel relationships in sales capacity.
    • Have strong relationship management skills.
    • Resourceful and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize.
    • Able to work in multicultural and fast changing environment.
    • Positive attitude, independent, self-driven, self-motivated and good coordination skills.
