• Job Description

  【Key Responsibilities】:
  
  - Defines the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  - Translate business strategy into product strategy and represents a viable business opportunity.
  - Assess current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation includes understanding the reasons customers purchase product, a deep understanding of the competition etc.
  - Design marketing materials and sales tools that support the selling process to develop positioning and messaging to differentiate products in the market.
  - Market survey with insights on key differentiators and messages for effective market penetration strategies.
  - Plan and carry out product launches including booth and exhibition to promote the product.
  - Gathers, manages, and prioritizes market/customer aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues for best customers experience and satisfaction.
  - Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans including potential collaboration.
  - Recommends or contributes information in setting product pricing.
  - Ensure the effective and prompt response of after sale service team.
  - Coordinate with oversea team to update situation and any questions.
  - Works closely with engineering, sales, marketing for prototyping and final development to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met.
  - Create product documents that describe IFU, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
  - Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products.
  - Aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product and do the necessary reports to them.
