    【Job Responsibilities】
    - Pre-sales support including full range of company products, network technical solution, highlights proposal, etc
    - Seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities with clients
    - Promote solutions and deliver formal technical proposals / presentations to clients
    - Responsible for product solution designing and ensure the solution is competitive
    - Identify client requirements and coordinate with sales team to ensure that clients requirements are able to meet
    - To understand client business and technical requirements
    - To handle client inquiries and technical-related issues

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : At least graduated from Diploma/ Degree in any IT-related studies
    - At least 4-5 yrs of working experience in IT hardware / software
    - Experienced in networking related products
    - Experienced in handling and troubleshoot technical issues
    - Strong communication, analysis skills, and IT fluency
    - Capability to communicate with and influence customers including technical alignment, communication, clarification, and negotiation with customers
