  • Job Description

    ・Support for processing daily sales orders received from customer by generate sales order & related document.
    ・Liaise with transporter & warehouse to enhance order deliver as per schedule.
    ・Coordinating & liaise with forwarding agent for monitoring Import & shipping matters.
    ・Inventory control & management.
    ・Prepare & analyze sales report based on superior needs.
    ・Provide support to any ad hoc after sales support matter from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・Over 1 ~ 2 years of Logistic or Supply Chain related experience in trading company.

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    ・Candidates from trading industry has advantage.

    ■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
    ・Pro-active, sense of urgency, responsibility, timeliness and good nature.
    ・Good communication and relationship at all levels in the organization.
    ・Knowledge of customer’s products, order process, order delivery, complaints and payment process.
    ・Willing to learn and adapt.
    ・Able to handle stressful situation.
