Job Description
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our logistics delivery and warehouse services.
• Account Strategy Development: Develop and implement account strategies to meet customer needs, Ensuring seamless service delivery across logistics, warehouse, and fulfillment services.
• Yearly Customer Retention: Ensure a high customer retention rate by proactively identifying and addressing customer needs, resolving any service issues, and strengthening the relationship with key accounts.
• Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with key accounts, ensuring terms are adhered to and any changes are communicated effectively.
• Service Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams to optimize logistics, warehouse, and fulfillment services to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and resolve any issues to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers.
• Renewal & Upsell Strategy: Identify opportunities for service renewals, upselling, or cross-selling additional services to existing customers.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Education Background : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience : Minimum of 2 – 5 years of experience in a senior KA or BD role within logistics, warehousing, or fulfilment services
- Require Skill :
1. Proficiency in both English and Chinese is highly preferred, to manage internal and external communications effectively across regions.
2. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of logistics, warehouse services, and fulfillment operations.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and influence at all levels of the organization.
4. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a solution-oriented approach.
5. Relationship Building: Proven experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships and partnerships.
6. Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events (Selangor & Johor)English Level
