  • Job Description

    1. Identify and target potential clients, focusing on acquiring new business in the courier sector.
    2. Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients to showcase company's services.
    3. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    4. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes.
    5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
    6. Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
    7. Work closely with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
    - Minimum 1 year experience in sales or business development, preferably in the courier or logistics industry.
    - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    - Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
    - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    - Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
