    【Job Responsibilities】
    - Lead the BIM strategy for the hyperscale data center project, aligning with specific project goals, standards, and deadlines
    - Develop and enforce detailed BIM standards, workflows, and compliance checks tailored to data center specifications
    - Coordinate with all project stakeholders, including architecture, engineering, and construction teams, to ensure seamless collaboration
    - Oversee model setup, data integration, and model-sharing protocols across teams
    - Conduct regular quality assurance to maintain compliance with hyperscale data center requirements and client standards

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
    - Min 10+ years of experience in BIM management, with proven experience on hyperscale data center projects
    - Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and data center-specific software or standards
    - Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills suited for large-scale projects
    - Deep understanding of hyperscale data center design, compliance, and construction requirements
