  • Job Description

    1. Content Management:
    - Upload, edit, and organize web content (text, images, videos, etc.) using content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
    - Ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the organization’s goals and branding guidelines.
    - Regularly review and update outdated content to maintain relevance.

    2. Content Creation and Editing:
    - Collaborate with product documentation engineers, product design & development engineers, manufacturing team, technical service team, and sales & marketing teams to create new content for the website.
    - Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, and SEO optimization.
    - Format content to ensure it is visually appealing and user-friendly.

    3. SEO and Analytics:
    - Optimize web content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and rankings.
    - Monitor website traffic and user engagement using tools like Google Analytics.
    - Generate reports on website performance and suggest improvements.

    4. Technical Maintenance:
    - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to web content, such as broken links or formatting errors.
    - Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and compatible across different browsers and devices.
    - Work with IT or web developers to implement updates or fixes.

    5. User Experience (UX):
    - Ensure the website is easy to navigate and provides a positive user experience.
    - Test new features or layouts to improve usability and engagement.
    - Address user feedback or concerns related to website content.

    6. Compliance and Security:
    - Ensure all content complies with legal requirements, such as copyright laws and accessibility standards (e.g., ADA, WCAG).
    - Monitor and address security vulnerabilities related to web content.

    7. Collaboration and Communication:
    - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and IT, to align web content with organizational goals.
    - Communicate updates and changes to stakeholders.

Qualifications
