    Job Summary:
    Responsible for managing and developing strong, long-lasting relationships with our key clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term business growth.

    Job Descriptions:
    • Serve as the primary liaison between JIE Business and key clients
    • Develop and execute tailored strategies to grow and retain client relationships
    • Regularly review client accounts to identify new opportunities and potential risks
    • Analyze client feedback and market trends to recommend service improvements
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless, high-quality client experiences
    • Stay up to date with the latest products, services, and technologies

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background :Possess a Degree preferably in Business Studies / Marketing or equivalent

    - Experience : At least 10 years of sales experience in telecommunication industry

    - Require Skill :
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Strong track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients at all levels
    • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address client needs
    • Willing to travel (Around Klang Valley / other states, minimal travel)
