    【Job Responsibilities】
    - Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
    - Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to maximize campaign performance.
    - Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve ROI and KPIs (e.g., CTR, CPC, conversions).
    - Analyze campaign performance data and prepare detailed reports for management.
    - Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives.
    - Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.
    - Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective spending across campaigns.
    - Perform A/B testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
    - Coordinate with other marketing teams to align ads with overall marketing strategies.
    - Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
    - Min 2 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns.
    - Proven experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms.
    - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
    - Knowledge of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad optimization techniques.
    - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    - Proficiency in managing PPC campaigns.
    - Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
    - Creative ad copywriting and design collaboration.
    - Budget management and cost optimization.
    - Familiarity with A/B testing and performance tracking.
