    【Job Responsibilities】
    - Design, develop, and maintain WordPress-based websites and landing pages to support marketing campaigns.
    - Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-conversion landing pages for campaigns, ads, and promotions.
    - Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet marketing and business requirements.
    - Ensure websites and landing pages are responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for performance and SEO.
    - Implement tracking codes (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel) to monitor campaign performance.
    - Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, including bugs, performance bottlenecks, and compatibility problems.
    - Optimize websites for speed, security, and search engine rankings.
    - Integrate third-party tools and APIs (e.g., email marketing tools, CRM systems) to support marketing campaigns.
    - Perform regular website backups, updates, and maintenance.
    - Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies to ensure best practices.
    - Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement technical solutions for campaign success.
    - Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related fi eld.
    - Min 2 years of experience in WordPress development.
    - Proven experience in creating landing pages and supporting marketing campaigns.
    - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Front end) & PHP, MySQL(Backend).
    - Experience with WordPress themes, plugins, and customizations.
    - Knowledge of website performance optimization and security best practices.
    - Familiarity with SEO principles and tools (e.g., Yoast SEO, Rank Math).
    - Experience integrating tracking tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel.
    - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
    - Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical teams (e.g., marketing).
    - Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (e.g., PPC, CTR, conversion rate optimization).
    - Website optimization for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
    - Problem-solving and debugging.
    - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
    - Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
