  • Job Description

    • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
    • Check and review the profit & loss and balance sheet
    • Responsible for all Financial Accounting Reporting works, including monthly, quarterly, semi annually and annually
    • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and performance metrics.
    • Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial risk management.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
    • Manage and optimize accounting processes, including AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliations.
    • Provide strategic financial recommendations to senior management.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to drive cost efficiency and profitability.
    • Supervise and mentor finance and accounting staff.
    • Work with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Requirement>

    • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.
    • Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in accounting or finance.
    • Knowledge of overall Tax Regulation, including Transfer Pricing and Audit compliance.

    <Advantageous>

    • Knowledge of overall Accounting Principle and familiar with Sage accounting system.
    • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, ability to speak Mandarin would be an advantage.
    • Computer literate.
    • Able to work with minimum supervision and to meet tight deadlines.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Possess own transport.
