  • Job Description

    ・Explore and identify potential new business opportunities and customers, generate leads to grow sales
    ・Identify the right stakeholder (architect, quantity surveyor, building designer ...) to be approached
    ・Visit client office or client site, meet clients and understanding client's needs, and propose the suitable product solution
    ・Establish and maintain good rapport with customers
    ・Implement, monitor and review sales and marketing plan
    ・Execute one or more projects in parallel
    ・Set annual business target, and ensure monthly target achievement

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・Over 2 years of experience in selling structural and reinforcement materials
    ・Fresh graduate with Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering / Architectural Engineering / Structural Engineering welcome to apply
    ・Must be proficient in rebar calculations, steel reinforcement estimation or structural reinforcement planning

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    ・Best to possess networking of main contractor, sub contractor, architect, quantity surveyor, building designer and etc.

    ・Basic Salary = RM 3,500 ~ RM 5,000
    ・AL: 10 days, MC: 14 days
    ・Fixed Transportation allowance: RM 100
    ・Parking & Toll: Claimable with Receipt & - Season pass parking provided at office building
    ・Business Trip Mileage Claim: RM 0.70/km
    ・Medical Fee Claim: RM 150/Month with receipt
    ・Increment and Bonus: Year end appraisal, based on Performance (Nov/Dec)
    ・Travel allowance:
    > RM 65/day (outstation domestically)
    > RM 95/day (outstation to ASEAN)
    > RM 120/Day (outstation to other countries)
    ・Bonus yearly (depends on Sales Amount)
    ・Travel Insurance, PA Insurance
