  • Job Description

    1. Leading the unit sales force to reach sales targets.
    2. Managing sales force in terms of sales territory design, sales target. Assisting the team to secure new business, monitoring results, and providing regular updates to Management.
    3. Implement short & long-term strategies.
    4. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    5. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts and pipelines.
    6. Manage all sales & marketing of agency lines assigned independently.
    7. Coach & motivate the sales force in developing their skills to ensure high professional standard is achived & monthly target are met.
    8. Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
    9. Monitor debts collection & present debtors report.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    1. Possess Degree in Food Technology, Food Science & Nutrition, or any other related discipline.
    2. Strong knowledge in nutra & pharma ingredients with good track record of achieving sales target.
    3. Excellent business acument with strong financial management skills.
    4. Good presentation and negotiation skills.
    5. Able to handle marketing campaigns, event management, and sales administration.
    6. Ability to manage, coach, & lead the team to reach targets.
    7. Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
    8. Must be able to travel extensively.
