    Role Summary:
    This role involves curating and refining datasets, testing chatbot responses, and collaborating with AI developers to improve functionality.

    Job Description:
    As an AI Chatbot Trainer, you will be responsible for improving and enhancing the functionality of our chatbot. You will work closely with QA Team and customer service teams to refine the chatbot’s ability to understand and respond to user queries effectively. Your primary goal is to ensure that the chatbot provides accurate, helpful, and human-like interactions.

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Train the AI chatbot to understand and respond to a wide variety of customer inquiries.
    2. Curate and build datasets to support the chatbot's learning process.
    3. Evaluate and test the chatbot's responses, providing feedback and improvements.
    4. Collaborate with AI developers to identify areas for chatbot enhancement.
    5. Analyze user interactions and patterns to identify opportunities for optimization.
    6. Fine-tune chatbot dialogues, creating and adding new content for specific use cases.
    7. Perform quality assurance testing to ensure the chatbot’s reliability and accuracy.
    8. Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve the chatbot’s performance.
    9. Train and onboard new team members on chatbot functionalities and maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    1. Proven experience with AI, machine learning, or natural language processing (NLP) technologies. Experience in Customer Service or Trainer will be an added advantage.
    2. Strong understanding of chatbot functionality and user interaction flow.
    3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    4. Familiarity with conversational AI platforms (such as Dialogflow, Rasa, or similar).
    5. Ability to work collaboratively with a cross-functional team.
    6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess and evaluate chatbot performance.
    7. Experience in training or educating AI systems, including knowledge of data annotation, classification, or other training techniques.
    8. Basic knowledge of programming (Python or similar languages) is a plus but not required.
