Timely collections of receivables in accordance to credit term and follow-up regularly on overdue account5. Compile information, update and maintain proper filing of all sales administration documents.6. Apply Developer License and Advertising Permit7. Renewal of Developer License and Advertising Permit8. Attend to KPKT sales report (7F)9. Attend to incoming correspondence and emails from clients/purchasers, solicitors and end financiers with regards to documentation of loan, billing, collection10. Attend to sales enquiries and buyers’ enquiries and deliver efficient services to meet customers’ needs11. Prepare weekly sales and collection report12. Prepare marketing materials like brochures, flyers, sales kits and advertisement for sales launch13. Any ad hoc task as assigned from time to time
