1. Handle sales administration documents which include Sale and Purchase Agreement and Loan documents. Liaise and co-ordinate with clients, solicitors and bankers to ensure timely execution of SPA and Loan Agreement2. Liaise with Real Estate Agents to ensure complete submission of buyer’s documentation for loan application3. Ensue accurate and timely progressive billings to purchasers4. Timely collections of receivables in accordance to credit term and follow-up regularly on overdue account5. Compile information, update and maintain proper filing of all sales administration documents.6. Apply Developer License and Advertising Permit7. Renewal of Developer License and Advertising Permit8. Attend to KPKT sales report (7F)9. Attend to incoming correspondence and emails from clients/purchasers, solicitors and end financiers with regards to documentation of loan, billing, collection10. Attend to sales enquiries and buyers’ enquiries and deliver efficient services to meet customers’ needs11. Prepare weekly sales and collection report12. Prepare marketing materials like brochures, flyers, sales kits and advertisement for sales launch13. Any ad hoc task as assigned from time to time

• Ensure the company's compliance with occupational safety and health regulatory requirements and implement the safety and health policy and procedures. • Develop, implement and conduct safety programs to prevent workplace accidents.• Investigates all workplace safety inspections, identify potential hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions. • Perform regular workplace inspection/internal audit to ensure hazards/risks are mitigated.• Lead and coordinate the Safety and Health committee meeting.• To conduct Safety Induction Programmed of new employees and subcontractors.• Organize and conduct employee safety training to raise safety awareness and improve emergency response capabilities. • Track and update changes in OSHA standards and relevant regulations to ensure timely compliance. Investigate and report any workplace accidents or violations, providing recommendations to prevent recurrence. • Collaborate with internal teams and external regulatory bodies to ensure the implementation of best safety practices and standards. • Liaise with local Authorities such as DOSH. DOE, BOMBA, JKKP and etc.• To maintain and keep all the safety documents for the purpose of the inspection by any government bodies and audit.• To carry out any other instruction made by the employer or any person in charge of the place of work on any matters pertaining to safety and health of the place of work.
