Role Overview:We are seeking an Outdoor Sales Engineer to drive business development in Malaysia. This is a highly field-oriented role, with the office essentially being the candidate’s car and backpack. The candidate will spend most of their time visiting customers across Johor Bahru, Selangor, and Penang on a weekly basis (e.g., one week in Johor, another in Selangor, another in Penang depending on customer activity).The main responsibility is developing new business with industrial end users, identifying opportunities, and promoting solutions directly in the field.Key Responsibilities:- Develop new business opportunities and open new accounts with industrial end users- Identify and promote solutions in the field- Build and maintain strong customer relationships- Independently manage a territory across Johor Bahru, Selangor, and Penang- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows as required

_Requirements Definition and User Interviews/Discovery-Deeply interview clients to understand their business challenges and requests, and define the goals and project -requirements to be achieved through design.-Design Concept Formulation-Design Creation and Prototyping-Create specific visual designs for websites, mobile applications, landing pages, or various graphic materials.-Create prototypes (samples) as necessary and gather feedback from clients and users.-Collaboration with Development and Stakeholders-Closely collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as engineers and marketing personnel, accurately conveying the design intent and supporting the process until final implementation.-Design Quality Management and Improvement-Verify the quality and effectiveness of the design post-delivery, and propose continuous improvements and perform maintenance.
Benefit
- Salary: RM5,000~6,000
- Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
- Lunch Break : 1 hour (Between 11:00 am to 3:00 pm)
- Probation Period: 3 months
- AL (Per Year): 8 – 12 days for employees with less than 2 years of service (Varies based on position/grade).
- MC (Per Year): 14 days
