<企業情報>当社は精密プレス金型及び製品を製作、特にミニチュアボールベアリングのプレス部品を得意としており、マレーシア拠点では、プラスチック保持器、シールド板の製造および組立作業をメイン事業としております。この度、マレーシア拠点では副工場長ポストが空く運びとなり、副工場長候補として共にビジネスを盛り上げていくことのできる人材を募集いたします。【主な業務内容】●生産計画の立案：製品の需要予測や在庫管理を考慮して、生産計画を立案していただきます。また、予算や生産スケジュールを調整いただくこともございます●製造プロセスの改善：製造プロセスに関するデータを分析し、改善策立案、実行していただきます●品質管理：製造プロセスを常に監視・検査し、品質基準に合致するように管理していただきます●安全管理：設備や環境の整備、安全教育の実施、作業中の事故や災害の防止策等を実施いただきます●人材管理：業務指示・監督、スタッフのスケジュール管理、モチベーションの向上などを通して、130人規模の人材をマネジメントして頂きます●財務管理：工場運営に必要な予算の調整や財務報告を実施いただきます。★魅力ポイント★・充実した福利厚生！(社用車貸与/入院・死亡保険完備/ゴルフ場会員権支給)・キャリアプラン(将来的に工場長のポストに挑戦いただける機会があります)
