Role Overview:Responsible for driving sales and expanding the company’s presence within key convenience store chains such as 99 Speedmart, DIY, and Econsave. This role will focus on market development, building relationships with store managers and buyers, and ensuring the successful distribution and sales of products in the convenience store sector. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and possess a strong understanding of the retail industry.Key Responsibilities:1. Monitor sales performance within stores and address any issues related to product placement or customer demand.6. Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets and objectives. 7. Provide detailed reports on sales performance, competitor activity, and customer feedback to senior management.8. Work with stores on executing promotional offers to drive foot traffic and increase sales.9. Conduct regular market research to stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and customer needs withinthe convenience store market.10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer information, and product performance.
