• Develop Project / VRF sales and distribution strategy in line with company’s direction• To identify the potential of Project sales and create long term relationship with the key customers.• To monitor targeted VRF sales budget for individual account.• To assist in dealers’ VRF project initiative.• To participate in sales and technical support for key customers.• To participate in Sales Conferences, Monthly Meeting and training.· To ensure all sales activities and functions are carried out and achieve the sales targets.· To ensure that after-sale service are properly coordinated with other Sections like Operations and Service· To report all market activities undertaken by own self and also by competitors· To ensure that all sales collections are as per collection terms and conditions

- Managing a team to ensure operational efficiency- Ensuring all products adhere to the standards of the company- Analyzing production processes to identify areas of improvements and provide suggestions to the production manager- Troubleshooting any problems relating to your station and providing solutions- Ensuring the team maintains a clean working environment and follows safety procedures set by the company- Training and on-boarding new teammates- Other ad-hoc tasks pertaining to production
