Provide WOW Service
Ensure smooth patient flow
Housekeeping and maintenance of office/center
Optometrist
Perform all relevant eye tests (eg. refraction, instrumental eye tests, etc) deemed necessary by CM/doctor
Provide patient education ie. consultation
Provide patient care ie. attend to patients’ needs/requests
Manage patient complaints
Surgery planning & scheduling
Administrative work
Paperwork eg. consultation/follow-up/eye tests notes, etc.
Patient follow-up
Statistic and Reports
Housekeeping of certain work areas assigned by CM
Customer Care Consultant (CCC)
Provide patient education ie. consultation
Required to travel out of office (local/outstation) for Company/Marketing activities/roadshows, support other branches as
manpower, training, meeting
Provide patient care ie. attend to patients’ needs/requests
Manage patient complaints
Perform selective eye tests (eg. instrumental eye tests, etc) deemed necessary by CM/doctor
Patient registration, appointment scheduling
Obtain patient feedback/testimonial
Conduct patient survey
Administrative work
Paperwork eg. consultation/follow-up notes, etc.

资格
应征条件
- Education Background : Degree in Optometry
- Experience : Minimum 2-4 years experience
- Fresh grad can try to apply
- Certificate : Registered member of MOC (Malaysian Optical Council)英文
