    - Develop and execute the department’s strategy and business action plan aligned with overall company goals and corporate policies.
    - Lead, guide, and support the sales team; motivate and direct the them to maximize individual and team performance.
    - Assist management in overseeing Sales Department operations and driving performance outcomes.
    - Identify opportunities and implement plans to improve departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
    - Analyze challenges within the department and propose effective solutions.
    - Maintain in-depth knowledge of company-specific systems, products, and markets to support responsibilities.
    - Communicate professionally with external parties including clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    - Track and review monthly sales performance, adjusting plans to meet targets.
    - Proactively seek and secure new business opportunities and applications for the company’s products.

资格

  • 应征条件

    - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
    - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a sales-related role within an engineering based industry.
    - Preferably experienced in the HDD, Semiconductor, SMT, or CNC Metal Stamping industry.
    - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    - Experience in B2B lead generation.
    - Willing and able to travel extensively across Malaysia and SEA for business purposes.
    - Strong passion for sales and marketing with a strategic mindset.
    - Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    - Must possess own vehicle for client visits and meetings.
