Job Description
- Communicate with customers via phone, email & face to face.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain customer databases.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Preparation of daily/monthly/annual reports.
- Excellent computer skills and Excel spreadsheet experience.
Qualifications
Requirement
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Knowledge of MS Excel &Word
- Willing to work multitask and able to work independently and with minimal supervision.English Level
