  • Job Description

    1. Supporting the sales team in achieving their goals by managing and coordinating all aspects of the sales process.
    2. Maintain supply & delivery control between factories and customer to avoid linedown.
    3. Based on customer forecast prepare pre-ordering to partner.
    4. Stock Report preparation.
    5. Forwarder coordination.
    6. Monthly transportation & commission list summary.
    7. Monthly invoice compilation.
    8. Assist in annual inventory stock check & report
    9. Ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    1. At least SPM and above.
    2. Basic computer operations - Microsoft office and Windows.
    3. Able to deal effectively with internal and external parties
    4. Knowledge of ISO is an advantage.
    5. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
