  • Job Description

    <Duties>
    *Advise clients in terms of HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript.
    *To do shopping ad campaigns and dynamic remarketing ads, you will provide technical support.
    *Specialist to provide technical support, interviews and implementation with regard to Google ads/analytics.
    *You will be responsible for tag implementation, mobile advertising optimisation and technical support in relation to online advertising.
    *Hear about problems faced by clients and suggest improvements.
    *Provide excellent training, technical support and implementation support to clients using Google Meet (Hangout). *Troubleshoot and resolve problems with conversion, remarketing and analytics measurement.
    *Other tasks as assigned by the team leader or manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [ MUST ]
    ・Japanese - JLPT N1 (or equivalent level)
    ・Speaking english fluently
    ・Fresh graduate with good Japanese skill most welcome!!
    ・Coding skill HTML CSS JAVA PHP

    [ ADVANTAGE ]
    ・BPO or Customer Service experience are most welcome!
