    Job Summary
    Responsible to support streamline in business operation and enhancing of overall efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities
    • To support in overall sales operation via planning
    • To support developing and implementing standard operation procedure (SOPs) to ensure consistent and effective processes across within and across the department.
    • To support clear delineation of roles and responsibilities will be outlined, fostering better collaboration and coordination among different sections.
    • To support in leverage Digital Transformation Technologies (DX) in daily sales operation.
    • To develop and standardize reporting processes and budget making to provide timely and accurate data.
    • Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
    • To support on monitoring sales performance against targets and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Management / Data Sciences or equivalent.
    • Minimum 2 years working experience in sales and marketing, logistics or customer service industry is required for this position.
    • Possess strong hands on related working experience in creation of workflow, SOPs.
    • Good written and spoken in English
    • Computer Literature (Excel, Word, Power Point)
    • Others languages, Accounting & Finance, RPA experiences knowledge will be advantage
    • Data analysis experience will be advantage (Power Bi, Power Query)
    • High persuasive, logical thinking and negotiation skills.
    • Good communication and customer service oriented.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Able to work independently and under pressure.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proactive, team player and result oriented.
    • Willing to travel outstation and overseas as and when required.
