    - Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients in various industries, including commercial and industrial sectors.
    - Sales Presentations: Conduct professional sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our janitorial services and tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
    - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and exploring opportunities for upselling additional services.
    - Proposal Preparation: Prepare detailed proposals, including service descriptions, pricing, and terms, ensuring they meet the client's needs and company standards.
    - Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to effectively position our services in the market.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Studies, or Operations

    - Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in any industry, preferably in the janitorial services or facility management industry

    - Require Skill :
    1. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    2. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    3. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
    4. Willing to travel (Within Peninsular Malaysia)
