  • Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    • Manage, support and improve related HR policies and procedures.
    • Handle Recruitment and Learning & Development.
    • Create job descriptions for various roles through collaboration with Line Managers.
    • Handle the complete hiring process including communicating with hiring manager.
    • Advertise job openings on various job platforms.
    • Sourcing and screening resumes.
    • Interviews arrangements and conduct background and reference checks.
    • Conduct onboarding of new hires including Welcome Kit.
    • Assess Learning and Development needs.
    • Source and select training providers.
    • Organize and coordinate training programs and development initiatives.
    • Monitor training evaluation reports and HRD funds.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Ensure that all managers and employees adhere to HR policies.
    • Educate employees continually on HR policies.
    • Maintain employees records and training data.
    • Organize exit interviews and recognize resignation reason.
    • Prepare and present HR-related reports to management.
    • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
    • Other job tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
    • About 3-5 years of working experience in HR field, either generalist or specific field in Learning & Development and Recruitment
    • Proficient in spoken and written English and Malay.
    • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office & Excel.

    <Advantage>
    • Knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS and IR will be an added advantage.
