  • Job Description

    • Perform Support / Administration duty on infrastructure including system/network/Ticketing tool
    • Monitor IT System health status, network performance, and security control
    • Perform problem diagnostic by using advanced troubleshooting skills
    • Perform regular Windows security patching on workstations and servers
    • Support Global user account administration and mailbox management
    • Support APAC machine and software inventory
    • Basic knowledge of Procurement process and procedure is an advantage
    • Knowledge of Golden Image/Patching is an advantage

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Degree / Diploma holder in Information Technology / Computer Science or IT-related training.

    - Experiences : Minimum 2 years or above experience in Desktop Engineer support is an advantage.

    - Required skills:
    1. Knowledge of IT Applications such as MS Windows, MS Office, O365 Administration, Antivirus Products, Networks Infrastructure, Patching tools (SCCM), and Logistics Application are preferred.
    2. A good team player, flexible, able to analyze requirements and meet deadlines.
    3. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
    4. Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
    5. Able to think creative way and strong logical thinking
    6. Strong verbal and written communication in English.
    7. Able to communicate in regional or local languages.
    8. Good communication and organizational skills, Cantonese speaking are preferred.
