  • Job Description

    • Identify, qualify, and close new and upsell opportunities
    • Develop established Accounts and support new business sales activities
    • Develop and implement strategic regional plans aligned with HQ product strategy
    • Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical updates and responses
    • Lead negotiations with central and/or local Procurement
    • Drive lead generation and marketing activities in coordination with the Marketing Team
    • Provide valuable insights to Company Executives, Sales Management, Marketing, and Product Management
    • Provide structured feedback to company product, marketing and technical teams concerning customer issues, needs and priorities relevant to company products and services.
    • Act as a point of escalation for customer issues, ensuring post-implementation support and customer satisfaction
    • Stay ahead of the competition through regular study and evaluation, sharing insights for continuous improvement
    • Participate in and actively contribute to relevant trade fairs and even

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・Minimum of ten (10) years of direct field sales experience in telecom technology products and services.
    ・Thorough understanding of the telecommunications industry
    ・Proven success in core software products sales and network applications such as AAA, PCRF, IoT solutions, and Wi-Fi Managed Services

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    ・Extensive Industry knowledge, resourcefulness and a strong network of customer, channel and industry contacts in APAC region
    ・Familiarity with software licensing
    ・Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related field (master’s degree preferred)

    ■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
    ・Self-motivated with a hunger for new opportunities
    ・Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics tools
    ・Proven ability to exceed growth targets
    ・Exceptional interdisciplinary leadership and collaboration skills

    ・Confidence in communication – written, verbal, and listening
