    【Job Responsibilities】:

    - Responsible for the preparation of training materials and in-store coaching.
    - Understand the needs of frontline staff at 4S dealerships and provide solutions based on management experience from China.
    - Responsible for daily marketing planning and execution at 4S dealerships.
    - Conduct and implement training for new media at 4S dealerships.
    - Manage internal recruitment and team management within the department.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : At least Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in any field is acceptable.
    - Candidate from Automotive / Engineering related studies will be added advantage.
    - Experience : Over 5 years of experience in the local automotive industry, familiar with the local 4S dealership management system.
    - Candidate experience in sales training that would definitely be a bonus.
    - Require Skill : Strong presentation and communication skills, with innovative thinking and logical reasoning.
    - Ability to handle pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility and execution.
    - Willingness to accept short-term domestic and international business trips.
    - The company will provide initial training.
