• Job Description

  This position will play a critical role in implementing, configuring, and supporting
  FUJIFILM’s medical informatics solutions, including Synapse® Enterprise Imaging and
  other healthcare IT systems. This role ensures that infrastructure setups meet
  healthcare standards and function seamlessly within client environments, optimizing
  performance and supporting improved patient outcomes.
  
  Job Scope:
  1. Solution Deployment & Infrastructure Setup:
  ・Manage the installation, configuration, and deployment of Synapse® Enterprise
  Imaging servers and supporting infrastructure at client sites.
  ・Collaborate with Clinical Application Specialists and client IT teams to ensure
  smooth integration and interoperability of systems.
  ・Configure systems to meet security, redundancy, and compliance standards specific to
  healthcare environments, such as HIPAA and GDPR.
  2. Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
  ・ Provide on-site and remote technical support for system setups, identifying and
  resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  ・ Act as a technical escalation point, working closely with other support teams to
  address complex technical issues.
  ・ Document troubleshooting procedures and ensure these are easily accessible for
  internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Client Consultation & System Optimization:
  ・ Consult clients to understand technical and clinical requirements, configuring
  solutions to optimize their workflow.
  ・ Provide technical guidance to support the customization of systems based on client
  needs and regulatory requirements.
  ・ Conduct performance assessments post-implementation, offering recommendations
  for system optimization and efficiency.
  4. Project Coordination & Stakeholder Communication:
  ・ Coordinate with clinical staff, IT personnel, and external partners during each project
  phase to ensure clear communication and alignment on goals.
  ・ Manage project timelines, resources, and milestones, providing regular status updates
  to the project manager and stakeholders.
  ・ Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm that systems meet specified
  technical and clinical requirements.
  5. Documentation & Compliance Reporting:
  ・ Maintain detailed records of system configurations, deployment procedures, and
  support cases to ensure documentation quality and compliance.
  ・ Prepare technical reports for audits and regulatory reviews, ensuring all system setups
  align with healthcare regulations.
  ・ Develop guides and manuals to support end users and internal teams in managing and
  maintaining systems.
  6. Industry & Product Knowledge:
  ・ Stay updated on advancements in healthcare informatics, enterprise imaging, and
  compliance standards, including DICOM, HL7, and cybersecurity protocols.
  ・ Participate in ongoing training to deepen product knowledge of Synapse® Enterprise
  Imaging and other solutions provided by FUJIFILM.
