- Responsible for all quality related aspects for Nichias FGS product output processes- Implement Quality Assurance improvement activities for the above processes- Supervise employees who are directly or indirectly associated with the product or process with regard to quality- Monitor the reject percentage and prepare action plan for the reduction- Monitoring and involve in NKK project, Kaizen and Departmental Management Programme (DMP) activities- Monitor tooling conditions and prepare improvement plans for tooling maintenance control- Continuous monitoring of the production process and systems parameters to adhere strictly to specifications- Implement and monitor all trials/ process change conducted in order to improve the product and process- Final decision on abnormal parts by special evaluation of quality relevant products and process measures in cooperation with- Responsible on any matters/ feedback/ request from automotive customers and coordinate with subordinates and production staff to- To liaise with Nichias Corporation on quality matters- To improve customer rating performance against Nichias FGS supplied products

- Responsible for daily production operations with a view to increase productivity and optimize resources available including workflow planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet production goals- Develop production capacity plan and oversee its execution to meet delivery requirements- Manage efforts to standardize work and set target cycle time for every product and process- Oversee day to day production activities including production planning, part receiving, manpower planning, lots sequencing, process monitoring, and delivery- Review processes and make recommendations for improvement and evaluate effectiveness- Implement continuous improvement plans in terms of quality and productivity- Enforce safety and health policy, procedures and guidelines- Continually upgrade competencies of executives and supervisors- Train the employee in the production line- Preparing weekly and monthly report and present to management- Oversee quality control processes to ensure repairs meet industry standards and customer expectations.- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline production processes and improve efficiency.- Train, mentor, and supervise production staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
