Establish and implement food safety and quality training for facility personnel to ensure facility personnel are equipped with the competency to produce a safe, quality product.- Support in setting up laboratory and analytical equipment. Establish and maintain procedures for product testing, validation, and verification.-Work closely with all R&D team in the project of new product development or product modification; Conduct product analytical testing, generate product specification and trial run test report.
