    - Sales order fulfillment (Liaising with overseas factories -suppliers and with customers)
    - Documentation (e.g. generate PO & invoice, shipping coordination/documentation)
    - Support Indoor sales and assist salesperson
    - Monitor inventories and updating stock report

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Any Field
    - Having 5 years experience of sales admin in Manufacturer

    【Advantage】
    If he or she is able to speak Japanese, it is an advantage. (Due to some of our suppliers are Japanese company)
