Role Overview:Responsible for driving sales and expanding the company’s presence within key convenience store chains such as 99 Speedmart, DIY, and Econsave. This role will focus on market development, building relationships with store managers and buyers, and ensuring the successful distribution and sales of products in the convenience store sector. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and possess a strong understanding of the retail industry.Key Responsibilities:1. Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with new and existing convenience stores (e.g., 99 Speedmart, DIY, Econsave) to drive product sales,2. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within the retail industry, including store managers, buyers, and distributors.3. Drive product placement and visibility within the convenience stores to ensure maximum exposure. 4. Negotiate favorable terms with stores to secure product placements and ensure consistent stock levels.5. Monitor sales performance within stores and address any issues related to product placement or customer demand.6. Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets and objectives. 7. Provide detailed reports on sales performance, competitor activity, and customer feedback to senior management.8. Work with stores on executing promotional offers to drive foot traffic and increase sales.9. Conduct regular market research to stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and customer needs withinthe convenience store market.10.
